I am interested to hire and mentor a motivated individual who seeks to further formalize their practice in theory and application.
Case conceptualization training and mentorship to integrate theory into practice.
LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC Affirming in the work
Logistics:
15 Sessions per week expected (days/times are flexible) providing psychotherapy services. This is a remote position.
Weekly mandatory clinical supervision (includes LCSW requirements tracking/sign off).
Periodic paid trainings will be offered.
Telehealth sessions/supervision.
Commitment is at least one year.
This is a W-2 position and the new hire will be paid “$50 per each session showed”.
It will be required that you maintain an active Psychology Today profile. Client’s who are accepted will follow organization screening protocols.
Using a HIPPA compliant Telehealth platform and email is required. This will be provided to you through Simple Practice. Personal email is not an option to use when messaging clients. There may be an option to be provided a company email that is HIPPA compliant and part of the organization.
It is required to be timely and professional in all administrative tasks (completing notes, ensuring fees/payments are made on time, late/no show sessions are billed, and all other policies are followed).
Job Type: Part-time
Fee Structure and Hours
Fee for service means you are paid when engaged in assigned/accepted work.
Base Rate: $50 for 45-50 minute individual sessions, supervision meetings, and any provided training.
Couples/Family: $55 for the longer 50-60 minute sessions.
Group Work (optional): $80 for 1.25 hours.
Time Commitment: The position is for 999 hours per year, which is part-time. With the practice being closed on federal holidays, this translates to roughly 20 hours a week (including your weekly supervision). This workload requires you to see 18-20 clients per week.
Vacation: Therapists may take up to five weeks of unpaid vacation per year, with a maximum of four weeks at any given period, provided you have supervisor approval for caseload impact and have made arrangements with another staff therapist to serve as stand-by if necessary.
